James K. LaRoe, Shareholder, “AV” rated

In February of 1993, Jim left national firm Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi and founded Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated boutique litigation firm LaRoe P.C.  For almost 20 years and as founder of LaRoe P.C., Jim has concentrated the firm’s practice areas on what he knows best—complex business insurance litigation.  Jim’s family history of growing up in the construction industry spurred his drive to obtain an engineering degree from Rice University. His unique construction, engineering and commercial business insurance background and litigation experience, make him a triple threat in all business insurance disputes.

Jim LaRoe is a hands-on litigator and manager who is intimately familiar with every case in LaRoe P.C. Having worked for a national law firm with hundreds of lawyers, Jim believes that a small group of highly efficient lawyers and support staff with major case litigation experience and expertise provides the best, most prompt and aggressive service and value to LaRoe P.C. clients.
